("Never let your mind drift into the past and future.)
(This results only to pain and fear if the strain of thought is sad,)
(And if the thought is happy this will just result to a temporary pleasure and an illusion of hope ).
1:1

("Learn to live and embrace what the present is, because the present is the result of your past and the start of your future.)
(The present is the end of the past and the present is the beginning of your wishes for a beautiful tomorrow.)
1:2

("Never force to bring back the past, in reality, the past is irrelevant, it has no importance, it has no life unless there is something to learn from history)
(For logic, practical and academic analysis. Never interpret history with emotions, because this will be an endless future of nightmares that will not even happen.)
1:3

("Act according to the dictates of nature and your physiology that do not force, without greed, and only on socially accepted justifiable needs. This is your guide for a rightful, worldly life.)
1:4

("Love as if there is no hatred, still love as if there is no hatred, love more as if there is no hatred... hatred cannot and will never survive with too much LOVE.")
1:5
